On the occasion of the presentation of the book CRONOFAGIA E MEDIA. La gestione e il consumo del tempo fra cinema, arti visive, tv e web- during which the authors will speak, with the participation of Eleonora Roaro (NABA lecturer and visual artist) and an introduction by Michele Aquila - the MA in Creative Media Production students will offer a reflection on the theme of time and digital media based on an observation made in the book: how the logic of entertainment promoted by digital media has extended the entertainment society into everyday life (urban screens, gamification, etc.) through constantly accessible platforms.

The volume, published by Meltemi Editore, brings together a series of contributions aimed at investigating the time-consuming nature of contemporary media, highlighting some of its most evident aspects, from the automation of work to the exhibitionism of online life to binge-watching and the resulting condition of algorithmic governance.
