As part of Rome Future Week, a week of events on innovation and the future taking place across Rome from 16 to 22 September, the NABA Rome Campus (Via Ostiense 92) will host the second edition of Conn@ctions on 18 September from 9:00 AM. This event, dedicated to human relations in the world of work, is organised by Buono & Partners, with the Academy as the main partner.

NABA presents Conn@ctions: event programme

This edition of Conn@ctions features four stimulating panels:

  • Creativity and AI: possible dialogues – curated by NABA;
  • Ageless Relationships: intergenerational relationships within companies;
  • The Third Sector: a driver of high-impact relationships;
  • Ecosystems and Territories: people, projects, and proposals.

The first panel, curated by NABA, will explore the connections between human creativity and artificial intelligence, referencing the latest developments and analysing how these two worlds can engage in dialogue and influence one another in different contexts. The panel will be moderated by Enrico Cattaneo (Editor-in-Chief of MIT Technology Review Italy) and will feature Silvia Simoncelli (Head of Education, NABA Rome), Vinicio Canton (Screenwriter, Founding Member of WGI, and NABA Lecturer), and Vincenzo Cuccia (Media Design, New Technologies, and Set Design Area Leader).

During the event, a white paper—created by Buono & Partners, Eggup | Zucchetti, and YourGroup—on the soft skills that characterise Italian C-level executives will also be presented. This document will provide an in-depth analysis of a decade-long observation on the importance of transversal skills, essential for corporate leadership.
