Congratulations to the Creative Lab students of the third year of the BA in Graphic Design and Art Direction, whose project was selected as one of the winners of 2020 edition of the “3W – Web Webinar Work” creative contest, during the prize giving event that took place 14th October at the Kilometro Rosso Innovation District in Bergamo.

Fabio Aurelio, Riccardo Baldassarre, Marina Benedetti and Virginia Brancaccio’s project presents a restyling, a brand new visual identity and an online and offline communication campaign for Phoenix Informatica, the company that promotes the contest. The restyling and new visual identity have been inspired by the brand name’s origin and developed on the space exploration theme. The communication campaign was created to reach to the younger public through the creation of bespoke content for Youtube and Instagram. The offline communication campaign introduced the Innovation Tour, designed to build a moment of constructive dialogue with the professionals of tomorrow.

Finally, a volume dedicated to the creativity conceived for the 2020 edition of 3W was realised. In the book, original contributions of theoretical reflection on the world of visual communication are presented in addition to the focus on the winning works.

The competition was born from an idea of Phoenix Informatica and was supported by Balluff Automation, Valtellina Spa and New Target Agency. Kilometro Rosso Innovation District has also given its patronage, underlining the authoritativeness of the initiative, which aims to be an important and recognised link between creativity and entrepreneurship, and to encourage dialogue between schools and businesses, between young generations and the world of work.
