L'Abilità is a non-profit association that deals with disadvantaged children aged 0-10 years old. The Play Space is a place where children learn to play, and through play they develop their skills, build relationships with others and have fun. From November 21, 2018, the Spazio Gioco di L’Abilità has a new home in Milan, the layout of which has been designed and built in collaboration with the students of the NABA Specialist Interior Design Biennium.
Project Leaders
Toys for All is a research project about toy design, that aims at designing toys for children with disabilities. The idea is not to design special toys for disabled children only, but normal toys that can be also easily used by those with different abilities.
NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti during the Design Week took part in the event conceived by Alcova, at the spaces of the Ex Macello di Porta Vittoria - in Viale Molise, 62 in Milan - with the exhibition "L'Allievo. A dialogue between generations of designers NABA".
The immersive experience designed by NABA with AMSA - Gruppo A2A, during the Milan Design Week, as part of the exhibition-event INTERNI Cross Vision for FuoriSalone 2024, communicates the positive outcomes of separate waste collection for environmental sustainability.
