NABA’s Career Service and Alumni Relations Office, created to support all students and Alumni throughout their educational journey—from their first year of studies to their entry into the professional world—evolves and introduces new personalised services designed to meet every need.
All services are now organised into four key clusters that define the new identity of the office: Career & Placement, Company Events & Insights, Career - Skills Development, and Chats & Tips.
Services within the Career & Placement cluster
Within the Career & Placement cluster, the office offers students individual support sessions to optimise their CVs and portfolios, ensuring they stand out to recruiters. It also provides exclusive access to internship and job opportunities, actively promoting student profiles to partner companies and on the NABASYMPLICITY platform. The proposed internships are regulated and protected, ensuring safe, structured, and recognised learning experiences that guarantee the correct academic credit allocation.
Student events within the Company Events & Insights cluster
The Company Events & Insights cluster is defined by the events organised by the Career Service and Alumni Relations Office to enable students and alumni to engage effectively with the professional world. These include Talent Harbour, the exclusive annual event that allows students to connect with companies and explore new career opportunities; Recruiting Day, a full day dedicated to direct interviews with companies to discover exciting internship opportunities; and Meets Guest, meetings with industry professionals designed to provide inspiration and expand students’ professional networks.
Services within the Career - Skills Development cluster
The Career Service and Alumni Relations Office also organises workshops to help students develop key skills essential for excelling in the job market—such as public speaking, soft skills, and effective communication.
The Chats&Tips cluster with Career Espresso
Among the new features introduced as part of the office’s renewed identity is Career Espresso, the core initiative of the Chats&Tips cluster. On the last two Thursdays of each month, at The Corner (the café within NABA’s Milan campus), students will have the opportunity to meet with the Career Service and Alumni Relations Office and learn about its services—all while enjoying a free coffee.
