NABA students met professionals from the most significant national and international entities. From November 18 to 20, the fourteenth edition of "Talent Harbour" was held in a hybrid format—an event sponsored by the Career Service & Alumni Relations Office of the Academy. Long established over time, the format represents a unique opportunity for companies and professionals active in the sectors of Fashion, Design, Media, Communication, Scenography, and Art to present their narrative and make their heritage and professionalism available to students and alumni, providing a perspective always in tune with the demands of the creative industry. 

   

Talent Harbour: the event connecting corporate realities and students 

During the event, this year held both online and on-site at the NABA campuses in Milan and Rome, the Academy's students had the opportunity to explore over twenty leading companies in the fields of design, fashion design, graphic design and communication, multimedia arts, new technologies, scenography, and visual arts, listening to over thirty speakers. Among the entities they engaged with through moderated Q&A sessions were Diadora, Citroen, Mattel, Notorious Pictures, NTT Data, Poltrona Frau, The Attico, Ciao People Comics, and D-WOK. 

Opened by Simona Castagna Ferria Contin (NABA Career Service & Alumni Relations Manager), the days of interaction between students and the professional world were marked by innovation and in-depth exploration. During the sessions, various visions on the future of professions were explored. Introduced and moderated by Area Leaders, Course Leaders, and NABA faculty, representatives from different entities gave presentations and participated in panel discussions, offering valuable advice on the job market and the most sought-after professional roles. Additionally, students had the chance to engage with them through Q&A sessions and the creation of a Word Cloud as a means to garner insights and new reflections on the topics discussed.
