Introductory level

Students will be guided through the design process, including research, strategy, idea generation, and development. It covers theory and industry topics through talks, videos, and other types of tools, allowing students to develop their own design projects. The course is project-based and is not specific to product or interior but covers different disciplines within the two paths, encouraging students to develop their own design process.

Objectives

 

Understand the design process, gaining knowledge of the stages of design, from concept to realisation, and apply them to personal projects.
Develop practical skills, improving the ability to communicate and present ideas through drawings and three-dimensional models.
Create appropriate material for presentations related to the design path.
This course is intended for students without any academic background in the specific subject area.
